Allen Logue,Director, Acquisitions
Mr. Logue is based in San Francisco and is involved in acquisitions and development opportunities for Intercontinental sponsored funds with a primary focus on the Western United States. In this role, he performs sourcing, analysis, negotiation, due diligence and closing functions for real estate acquisitions. Mr. Logue has over a decade of real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, debt financing and development.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2014, Mr. Logue worked as an Associate, Asset Management for AEW Capital Management. While at AEW, Mr. Logue was responsible for the management of 14 properties totaling $800 Million across multifamily, industrial, office and development projects located in the Western Region. Previously, Mr. Logue held positions at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and TA Associates Realty.
Mr. Logue is also the former President of the Junior Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Francisco where he oversaw the development and implementation of fundraisers.

Patty Pytlik,Associate Director, Acquisitions
Ms. Pytlik is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities for Intercontinental’s sponsored funds with a primary focus on investments located in the Eastern United States. She is involved in the sourcing, analysis, due diligence and closing of potential acquisitions and development projects.
Prior to joining Intercontinental, Ms. Pytlik worked as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst for Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman Sachs, Ms. Pytlik reviewed and evaluated potential equity investments consisting of office, industrial, retail and multifamily product in the Boston, New York and Chicago markets. In addition, she was involved in the asset management and disposition of the portfolio.
Ms. Pytlik earned her B.S. from Babson College, where she played for the Varsity soccer team.

Connor Corrigan,Acquisitions Associate
Mr. Corrigan is based out of Intercontinental’s West Coast Office in Los Angeles. He is responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities for Intercontinental’s sponsored funds with a primary focus on the Western United States. In this role, he assists with the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and closing of potential acquisitions and development projects.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2017, Mr. Corrigan worked as an Associate at Citigroup within the CMBS & Real Estate Finance division in New York and Los Angeles. In this capacity, Mr. Corrigan originated and underwrote debt investments on behalf of the firm’s securitization desk and balance sheet.

Steven M. Centrella,Senior Director, Acquisitions
Mr. Centrella is responsible for the analysis, evaluation, negotiation and due diligence of potential private real estate investments. His primary responsibilities center on yield driven assets and managing both the Acquisitions and Research & Analysis personnel and functions. Mr. Centrella is a member of Intercontinental's Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2005, Mr. Centrella was an executive director with Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for the acquisition of multifamily and commercial properties nationwide. Previously, he was a senior investment officer for Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for making attractive mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture equity investments. Mr. Centrella has held various positions with other institutional real estate advisors. He was a senior investment officer at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, a vice president in the Capital Markets Group at AEW Capital Management (f/k/a Aldrich, Eastman, & Waltch), and vice president of Fleet Financial Group, Inc./Recoll Management.

Michael F. Keyes,Senior Director, Acquisitions
Michael F. Keyes is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and closing acquisition and development opportunities for Intercontinental sponsored funds. He oversees investment underwriting and structuring, joint venture negotiations and all aspects of due diligence for potential acquisitions. Mr. Keyes has professional experience in several commercial real estate disciplines including development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and asset management. He is directly responsible for opportunity identification in New England, New York, and New Jersey, North and South Carolina and Atlanta, GA for Intercontinental’s U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC and Intercontinental's Build Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2004, Mr. Keyes was a member of New Boston Fund’s Acquisition Group. Mr. Keyes has also worked as a leasing broker with CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners. Mr. Keyes is a resident of Belmont, MA and enjoys spending time coaching his kid’s sports teams, most importantly, the Mini Marauder “Learn to Skate” and Belmont’s Girls U10 Hockey Programs. Mr. Keyes also involved in various capacities on behalf of Brown University where is an alumni interviewer, Brown Sport Foundation volunteer and student athlete mentor and board member for the Brown Football Association.

Jessica Levin,Senior Director, Acquisitions
Ms. Levin works in Intercontinental’s West Coast Office located in Los Angeles. Ms. Levin is responsible for acquisition opportunities for Intercontinental sponsored funds with a primary focus on the Western United States. In this role, she is responsible for opportunity identification and transaction execution. She oversees the solicitation, analysis, underwriting and negotiation of all real estate acquisitions and is a member of the Intercontinental Investment Committee. Ms. Levin has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry and has transaction experience of $3 billion. Ms. Levin has experience in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management as well as development.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2007, Ms. Levin worked in Acquisitions at Colony Realty Partners in Los Angeles. In this role, she underwrote acquisitions totaling over 1.5 million square feet of both office and industrial product on the West Coast. Ms. Levin managed and coordinated all aspects of the due diligence process; data collection; and organization and analysis of potential property acquisitions. Previously, Ms. Levin held positions at Arden Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle and Archon Group.
Ms. Levin has been featured as a California Deal Maker in the California Real Estate Journal’s Annual Deal maker’s Issue, in Real Estate Forum’s Next Generation of Leaders, twice in the Women of Influence issue of Real Estate Southern California and in Real Estate Forum’s 40 Under 40 Issue. Ms. Levin earned her BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Christopher LaFrance,Associate Director, Acquisitions
Mr. LaFrance is responsible for assisting in the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and closing of acquisitions and development projects for Intercontinental sponsored funds. He oversees the acquisition process for Midwest markets including underwriting, research, and compilation of material for presentation to Intercontinental’s Investment Committee. Mr. LaFrance has over 9 years of industry experience and has transacted on over $1.5 billion worth of real estate.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2011, Mr. LaFrance worked for Winthrop Management as a Senior Property Accountant where he oversaw accounting functions for two multifamily portfolios totaling 2,400 units. He worked closely with asset managers on implementing value-add strategies for over $200 million worth of distressed properties in New York and Los Angeles. Mr. LaFrance held previous positions, most recently as an Investment Associate, with Capital Commercial Investments in San Diego, California. There, he focused on private-client transactions of multifamily, mixed-use, and value-add projects, as well as retail tenant representation.
Mr. LaFrance earned his BA from Providence College and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Bentley University. He holds a Real Estate License in Massachusetts and is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Committee and the Real Estate Finance Association’s Emerging Leaders. Eli Nazarian,Acquisitions Analyst
Mr. Nazarian is based out of Intercontinental’s West Coast Office in Los Angeles. He is responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities for Intercontinental’s sponsored funds with a primary focus on the Western United States. In this role, he assists with the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and closing of potential acquisitions and development projects.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2018, Mr. Nazarian worked as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured within the Real Estate Investment Banking Group in Los Angeles. In this capacity, Mr. Nazarian worked on debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions advisory, private equity placements, and loan syndications.
