South Standard is a joint venture development for a mixed-use building with 214 apartment homes, including 37 income-based units, and 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space at the intersection of Old Colony Avenue and Dorchester Street in Boston, Massachusetts. The property is in proximity to the MBTA’s Andrew Station, this is the first phase of an approximately 1,000,000SF master plan that will introduce a mix of retail, residential, and commercial uses, plus open space which is available to the community and anticipated to be programmed year-round.
