U-District Station Development

U-District Station is a development project consisting of a “shovel ready” 12-story, steel framed, 266,025 RSF (262,506 SF of office & 3,519 SF of Retail) office building located in the center of the University District (U‐District) neighborhood of Seattle. It will sit directly above the subterranean U‐District light rail station and adjacent to the main campus of the University of Washington (“UW”). Seattle’s transit authority, Sound Transit is finalizing construction and the station is scheduled to be fully operational in October 2021. Once completed this Class A office tower will have very efficient floor plates, an expansive window line, and a steel and concrete structure,  well-suited for creative office users. The typical floor plate size is nearly 25,000 SF.
