Gateway Building
Gateway is a 12-story, steel-framed Class A office building totaling 266,025 RSF (262,506 SF of office and 3,519 SF of retail), located in the heart of Seattle’s University District (U-District) neighborhood. The building sits directly above the subterranean U-District light rail station and adjacent to the main campus of the University of Washington (“UW”). The tower offers floor plates of nearly 25,000 SF, an expansive window line, and a steel and concrete structure well-suited to creative office users.
