Taluswood Apartment Complex was purchased by Intercontinental in 2021. Taluswood is a 512 unit apartment community located in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. The property was originally constructed in 1987 and consists of 26 buildings and 546 parking spaces spread over 32 acres. Common area amenities include a heated swimming pool and indoor spa, fitness center, basketball and tennis court, playground area, package receiving area, a creek side walking trail, and bike racks. Taluswood is located in close proximity to the I-5 and I-405 freeways, providing direct access to Downtown Seattle, Bothell, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Everett.
