GE Aviation

The GE Aviation Advanced Manufacturing building is a 280,862 SF state-of-the-art industrial asset located in Beavercreek, Ohio within the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The facility will be used for the design and production of jet engines and specialized aviation components. Completed in 2022, this manufacturing and light industrial facility was built using precast concrete tilt-walls with a steel frame structure. The location was carefully selected by GE due to its proximity (<40 miles) to the GE Aviation headquarters in Evendale, Ohio. Situated at the intersection of I-35 and I-675, the site provides direct access to a network of major highways serving the region.
