Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation Appoints Matthew Harrington to Officer, Institutional Services
Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation (“Intercontinental”), a national real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA announced the appointment of Matthew Harrington, CAIA to Officer, Institutional Services. Prior to joining Intercontinental, Mr. Harrington was a Financial Analyst for the Teamsters Local 25 Health Services & Insurance Plan and an Administrator for the Teamsters Local 25 Investment Fund. During this time, Mr. Harrington was a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Massachusetts Coalition of Taft-Hartley Trust Funds.
Mr. Harrington is now responsible for developing and servicing Intercontinental’s client and consultant relationships with a primary focus on Taft-Hartley funds. Mr. Harrington earned his undergraduate degree from Babson College in 2009, where he was a member of both the varsity hockey and lacrosse team. He earned his MBA from Northeastern University in 2012. Mr. Harrington holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a member of the CAIA association.
