Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation Appoints Jeffrey Jackson to Associate, Acquisitions
Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation (“Intercontinental”), a national real estate investment, development and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA, announced the appointment of Jeffrey Jackson to Associate, Acquisitions.
Mr. Jackson is responsible for assisting in the analysis, due diligence, and closing of Intercontinental’s acquisitions. He is directly responsible for acquisition opportunities in New England, New York, and New Jersey for Intercontinental’s U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC.
Prior to joining Intercontinental, Mr. Jackson worked for Samuels & Associates, a Boston based real estate development company. Focused on the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest markets, Mr. Jackson conducted valuation, capitalization and return analyses, market analysis and due diligence for joint venture acquisitions, dispositions and land development deals. Prior to joining Samuels & Associates, Mr. Jackson worked as a financial analyst in Citigroup’s Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group. While working for Citigroup, Mr. Jackson conducted corporate and property level valuation, capitalization, merger accretion / dilution and LBO analyses in an effort to ascertain the merits of proposed financial transactions for the company’s clients.
Mr. Jackson earned his BS with honors in Finance from Hampton University where he was a member of the Men’s Division I Varsity Basketball team.
