Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation Hires Dan Hidder as Director, Institutional Services
Boston, MA, November 12, 2018 – Boston based Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation – a national real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA announced the recent hire of Dan Hidder to Director, Institutional Services. He will be working out of Chicago, IL.
Mr. Hidder is responsible for servicing and expanding Intercontinental’s institutional relationships with a focus on the West and Midwest regions. He will work closely with institutional investors and investment consultants as part of the Institutional Services team.
Prior to joining Intercontinental, Mr. Hidder was a Director of Marketing and Business Development at Segall Bryant Hamil (SBH), where he was responsible for client and consultant relations across the institutional marketplace. Prior to SBH, Mr. Hidder served as an Assistant Vice President of Consultant Relations at AllianceBernstein.
Mr. Hidder earned his B.S. in Business from Indiana University and holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses. Chairman and CEO, Peter Palandjian, commented, “We are thrilled to have him join Intercontinental, Dan is going to be a great addition to the team.”
