The Coach Distribution Center located in Jacksonville (FL), consists of two buildings totaling 851,696 gross square feet, including ~50,000 of office space with the balance devoted to a fully air-conditioned warehouse, distribution and fulfillment space. The property was originally constructed in 1994, with two expansions in 1998 and 2008. This 47-acre site is located within Jacksonville’s premier 425-acre master-planned Jacksonville International Tradeport business park, directly adjacent to Jacksonville International Airport. This site allows access to the area’s major interstate thoroughfares including 1-96, 1-295 and 1-10. It is in close proximity to three rail carriers and the Jacksonville Port Authority.
