Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation Appoints William Bonina to General Ledger Accountant

Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, a national real estate investment, development and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA, announced the appointment of William Bonina to General Ledger Accountant.

Mr. Bonina’s primary responsibilities for Intercontinental’s Accounting and Finance team include producing financial statements for fund reporting, preparing year-end work papers for third party audits and tax returns, conducting special projects, and maintaining and reconciling general ledgers. 

Prior to joining Intercontinental, Mr. Bonina was a Senior Accountant with Hospitality Properties Trust, where he was responsible for the accounting activities of 189 hotels.  Previously, Mr. Bonina was a Senior Property Accountant for over ten years at Hines, a national real estate development firm headquartered in Houston, Texas.  At Hines, Mr. Bonina performed all accounting activities for two mixed-use buildings with over 1 million square feet of net rentable space.  Mr. Bonina earned a B.S. in accounting from Fitchburg State College.
