Boston, MA February 4, 2015 – Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation (“Intercontinental”) a national real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA announced the acquisition of Regency Creek I in Cary, North Carolina. This acquisition was led by Michael Keyes, Director, Acquisitions and Patty Pytlik, Associate Director, Acquisitions.
Regency Creek I is a 122,087 square foot, 4-story Class A office building located in the Regency Office Park. The asset was built in 2007 and currently serves as the North American headquarters for ABB, Inc., a world leader in power and automotive technology. The Property has direct access to US-1, a main thoroughfare that provides access to Downtown Raleigh in less than fifteen minutes. Regency Creek I is well supported by numerous area amenities, as it is in close proximity to many restaurants, parks, retail shops, hotels, upscale residential neighborhoods and recreational facilities.
