Intercontinental's newest private equity real estate fund, U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC (US REIF), represents Intercontinental's fifth fund.  US REIF is an open-ended commingled investment vehicle with a multi-disciplinary investment strategy.  Diversified nationally, the foundation of the portfolio will be yield-driven assets consisting of all property types including: office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and mixed-use.  While the strategy is predominantly focused on core and core-plus properties, US REIF also has the ability to invest on a select basis in value-add opportunities.
