Advisory Board
| Each of the Intercontinental managed Funds is served by an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is available to the Fund and the Manager to consult and advise on prospective investment opportunities and ongoing management strategies. The Advisory Board convenes regularly and is available to Intercontinental's senior management on an as-needed basis. |
