Mr. Terian is responsible for assisting in the analysis, due diligence, and closing of Intercontinental’s acquisitions.  He is directly responsible for acquisition opportunities in the Western United States. 

Prior to joining Intercontinental, Mr. Terian worked as an Associate for Woodridge Capital, a Los Angeles based developer of large-scale residential, resort, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the western United States and Canada.  In this role, Mr. Terian underwrote and conducted feasibility analysis for large-scale land development deals in Southern California and Hawaii.  In addition, he was responsible for the management and creation of all proprietary development models, as well as the creation of annual business plans for capital partners and debt providers.  Prior to joining Woodridge Capital, Mr. Terian worked as an analyst in Kennedy Wilson’s Fund Management Group.  While working for Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Terian helped to source, underwrite, and provide transactional support for value-add real estate investments throughout the Western United States.  In addition, he assisted in the drafting of private placement memoranda for three private equity real estate funds and took part in targeting and presenting to potential equity investors.  Mr. Terian began his career as a financial analyst at IndyMac Bank in Pasadena, CA.

Mr. Terian earned his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
