Devin C. Sullivan, Director, Institutional Services, is responsible for developing and servicing Intercontinental’s client and consultant relationships with a primary focus on public funds, foundations & endowments.  In his role, Mr. Sullivan serves as the primary point of contact for 40+ Institutional investors in the Intercontinental Funds.  Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2002, Mr. Sullivan was an Associate with State Street Global Advisors where he worked closely with the firm’s sales/marketing, client service, consultant relations and product management teams to accurately communicate investment philosophy, product offerings and organization information to potential investors.  Mr. Sullivan began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman.

Mr. Sullivan is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM).  Outside of the financial services industry, Mr. Sullivan serves on the Alumni Council for The Governor’s Academy in Byfield, MA.  Mr. Sullivan earned his B.A. in Government from Hamilton College in 1996.
